Daniel has over 28 years of parking and hospitality management. Daniel started his career first in Hospitality Management where he developed the skills necessary to assess clients and customers true needs and expectations. Diuring his tenure in the Hospitality Industry Daniel worked on several Hospitality Associations Boards and committees. Primarly dealing with membership recruitment, education/training, and expanding the associations into new markets. After spending 10 years working for two of the largest hoteliers in the U.S. Daniel then in 1995 entered the Parking Industry. During the past 19 years Daniel was employed with Central Parking, Standard Parking, and now Allpro Parking working in diverse markets such as Nashville TN, Louisville KY, Columbus OH, Birmingham AL, Charlotte NC, Washington DC, Baltimore MD, and Chicago IL. Daniel has over the years been an active member of the Carolinas Parking Association, The Parking Association of the Virginias, Mid Atlantic Parking Association, and the Ohio Parking Association. Daniel is currently a member of the National Parking Association and The International Parking Institute. Daniel currently holds the CPP designation and is working to obtain his CAPP. Daniel is a graduate of Franklin University in Columbus Ohio were he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Daniel can bring value to NYSPA through his knowledge and expertise in each vertical within the Parking Industry. Daniel understands the issues and challenges faced by the entities that make up the membership group of NYSPA (Municipalities, Universities, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Airports) as well as the service providers and equipment providers prospective. Daniel has the ability to develop and direct new programs for training, membership recruitment and active involvement for current and prospective NYSPA members.
