John has worked at Cornell University for 27 years, eight years with the Cornell Police and 19 years with Transportation Services. In 1990 he joined Transportation Services and has worked his way up to his current position as Assistant Director for Parking and Traffic Operations. In this role, John oversees the field services and appeals units, and manages the implementation of university policies related to parking, traffic and circulation on campus including those relating to construction and special events. John represents the department on numerous university and municipal committees.

John graduated from SUNY Oswego State with a bachelor’s degree in public justice.
