Born and raised in Binghamton, NY.  He is a veteran and a former sergeant in the United States Army. He has 16 years experience in the parking industry. For 20 years he was a Sales Manager for a local automobile dealership. Pat joined Central Parking as City Manager in Binghamton in 1994. In 1998 the cities of Elmira and Corning were put under Central Parking’s Binghamton office for oversight and accounting. Pat covered municipal locations in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre Pa. for Central Parking. In 2005, Pat became the Upstate  New York Manager for LAZ Parking, and is responsible for municipal and private locations consisting of over 3000 parking spaces. Pat is a member of the New York State Parking Association. He has successfully completed the required coursework and passed a National Certification as a Certified Parking Facility Manager given by the National Parking Association. Pat is a former member of the Broome County Legislature and completed 4 terms of service. He is involved in many community organizations including the Knights of Columbus, American Legion Post 1227, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 478. He is the past President of the Catholic School Board of Broome County and past member of the Syracuse Diocese School Board. Pat resides with his wife Patti at 16 Marilyn Ave., Binghamton, New York.
