Sue Olley began her parking career at Syracuse University rising to the position of Director of Parking and Transit Services. She was a founding member and third president of the New York State Parking Association. In 1997, Sue moved to Hollywood, FL and began her career in Municipal Parking. Sue became Parking Coordinator for the City of West Palm Beach, in 2001. She is a past president of the Florida Parking Association also. Sue holds the International Parking Institute’s CAPP designation. Sue is currently the Director of Parking for the City of Rochester, NY.
