EACH exhibitor representative shall be registered for the conference. Absolutely NO substitutions.
YOU are responsible for arranging hotel lodging. Room rate is $103/night + tax. A block of rooms have been reserved until 9/22/10.
Submitting fee with this form reserves exhibit space, table, two chairs, and 120v power access.
Specific exhibit location shall be determined based on a first come, first serve basis.
Large displays restricted to room perimeter. Oversize displays subject to $50.00 surcharge.
Set up is after 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20th. NYSPA is not responsible for loss or damage.
Tear down by noon, Friday, October 22nd.
Internet connection available at additional fee. Wi-Fi usage requires coordination with the hotel.
Coordinate special needs (internet, Wi-Fi, shipments, etc.) directly with the hotel.

If you are registering more than two people, you will not be able to list everybody's name. Please pay the correct amount for the total number of members and follow-up with an email with names, etc. to our facilitator, Joan Consler NYSPA@NYSPA.net
