I am pleased to announce the election of Phil Amicone as Mayor of the City of Yonkers. Many of you may remember that Mayor-Elect Amicone was a speaker at last year's 10th Annual Conference. He is a NYSPA member and is currently Deputy Mayor of the City of Yonkers as well as Chairman of the Board of the Yonkers Parking Authority. It is always advantageous to have a Mayor who is cognizant of the world of parking and how important all aspects of parking are to a City of any size.
