NEW YORK STATE PARKING ASSOCIATION
NYSPA had a wonderful event June 16, 2009 at Hinderwadel’s Grove in Syracuse, NY. This “loss leader” marked the second annual summer training session during which the membership enjoyed a day of instruction, networking, team building activities, and good eats.
Al Klag presented The Next Level – Parking 201, picking up where he left off at the well attended closing session during last year’s fall conference. This was followed by lunch, a special event that you would have had to attend to “believe your eyes”, team building exercises, awards given to activity participants, plus door prizes and “chachkies”. A good time was had by all, and literally for the cost of a tank of gas and lunch. [Author’s note: the preceding “future history” was submitted in good faith as the press deadline for this issue was in May – check www.NYSPA.net for updates from the event!]
The 17th annual conference will be at The Holiday Inn Grand Island Resort and Conference Center near Niagara Falls, NY and will occur October 7 – 9, 2009.
We will have a timely theme and strong program (subject to change):
